About the speaker

Dr. Erin Parks

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Erin Parks is a clinical psychologist, researcher, and co-founder of Equip, a virtual eating disorder treatment program that provides evidence-based care for individuals of all ages. As Equip's Chief Clinical Officer, she oversees strategic operations and clinical programs, ensuring the maintenance of gold-standard clinical outcomes and progressive research initiatives. With over 15 years of experience working with adolescents and adults in various eating disorder treatment settings, Dr. Parks has witnessed the disparities in access to and quality of care firsthand. Before co-founding Equip, she held numerous roles as a faculty member at UC San Diego. A graduate of Northwestern University and UC San Diego, Dr. Parks is dedicated to creating high-quality mental health treatment that fosters lasting recovery.
